Dermal fillers are temporary injectable medical devices used to enhance facial volume and contour.

You acknowledge that:

• Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.

• Swelling, bruising, redness, tenderness, asymmetry, or lumpiness are common temporary effects.

• Rare but serious risks include vascular occlusion, tissue necrosis, infection, and blindness.

• Touch-ups are not included unless explicitly stated.

• Dissolving filler may be required if complications occur.

You must follow all aftercare instructions provided.

You acknowledge that:

• Results typically develop within 3–14 days and last approximately 3–4 months.

• Possible side effects include headache, bruising, drooping, asymmetry, or reduced facial movement.

• Results may require adjustment at a review appointment (if included).

• Outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
